Terms of Service
Last updated: April 24, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of creatorsnextdoor.com and any related services (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by the team listed in Section 16 ("we", "us", "our").
By dismissing the age gate, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, leave the Site and do not return.
2. About the Site
Creators Next Door is a curated directory of independent adult creators. We do not host, produce, distribute, or moderate any sexually explicit material. When you tap a creator card, we record an anonymized click event and redirect you to that creator's own page on a third-party platform (e.g., OnlyFans). All content visible at those destinations is provided by the creator and governed by that destination's terms and privacy policy, not ours.
Because we do not host or produce visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct, we are not a producer or secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal adulthood in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Site. By entering, you affirm under penalty of perjury that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for ensuring that accessing adult-oriented material is lawful where you live. Some jurisdictions impose additional age-verification or access requirements; if your jurisdiction prohibits or restricts access to such material, you must not use the Site.
4. No accounts; admin access
The public Site does not offer accounts or sign-ups. The only accounts that exist are administrator accounts used internally to manage creator listings; those are seeded directly and not available for public registration.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access the Site if you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible.
- Scrape, mirror, or otherwise systematically retrieve Site content without our prior written consent.
- Use bots, automated tools, or any technique to inflate click counts or to interfere with click-tracking or rate-limiting.
- Attempt to bypass the age gate, authentication, or any technical safeguard we have in place.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise probe the Site for vulnerabilities, except via good-faith security research disclosed responsibly to the contact in Section 16.
- Impersonate any creator or claim affiliation with the Site that does not exist.
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law, including obscenity, child-protection, anti-trafficking, or export-control laws.
6. Outbound links and click tracking
When you tap a creator card, our server records an anonymized event consisting of a timestamp, the country reported by our CDN edge, your user-agent string, the referring page (if any), and a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address combined with a site-secret salt. We do not store your raw IP address. Then we redirect you to the creator's tracking URL. Our relationship with the destination ends at the redirect.
See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Creator listings
Creator listings are invitation-only. Each listing is added by an administrator who has affirmed, in our admin system, that the creator is at least 18 years old and that age has been verified through the destination platform's onboarding or other reasonable means. We retain notes documenting the basis for that verification.
Creators (or their authorized representatives) may request removal of their listing at any time using the contact in Section 16. We will action verified removal requests promptly, typically within 72 hours.
8. Intellectual property
The Site itself — including its design, logo, code, copy, and the curation of the creator directory — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the Site without our prior written consent.
Creator names, profile images, and tracking URLs are used with permission for the purpose of operating the directory. Ownership of those underlying materials remains with the respective creators or their licensors.
9. DMCA — copyright complaints
We respect the rights of copyright holders. If you believe content displayed on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to legal@creatorsnextdoor.com that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing — for our directory, this means the creator slug (the part after
/go/) or a screenshot of the listing. - Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
We will respond to valid notices, may remove or disable access to the listing, and reserve the right to forward the notice to the affected creator. Counter-notices may be sent to the same address and must contain the equivalent statutory information. Repeat infringers' listings will be terminated.
10. Third-party platforms and content
Once you click through to a creator's tracking URL, you are interacting with a third-party platform that we do not own, operate, or control. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any content, products, services, policies, or practices of those platforms. Your use of those destinations is governed by their own terms.
11. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (typically zero, since the Site is free) or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, or to specific features, at any time and for any reason, including suspected abuse or violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive — including Sections 8 (IP), 11–13 (disclaimers, limitation, indemnity), and 15 (governing law).
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
You and we each waive any right to a jury trial. To the extent permitted by law, you and we agree to bring claims only in your or our individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Site for a reasonable period before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
17. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on the subject.
